¹²I fast twice in the week: I give tithe of all that ever I possess.

¹³But the Publican standing ^[a]afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes to heaven, but smote his breast, saying, O God, be merciful to me a sinner.

¹⁴I tell you, this man departed to his house, justified rather than the other: ^(A)for every man that exalteth himself shall be brought low, and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
